At Forefront we talk
about being “guerilla lovers.” Guerilla warfare
happens when
an army ambushes people with surprise, low intensity
attacks.
Guerilla lovefare happens when God’s people ambush their
community with surprise, low intensity acts of service that
demonstrate
the love of God in a practical way.
Because of our commitment to actually living out the way and
the message
of Jesus, you will find us serving all kinds of
people, all over the place, in all
kinds of ways. We provide
free oil changes for single moms, hand out free
cold water at
sporting events, do free car washes, bring gift baskets to
firehouses and police stations, and on and on.
We serve all kinds of people, all over the place, in all kinds
of ways but the
main focus of our local service is to the
homeless through the PIN Ministry.
The PIN (People in Need)
Ministry started at Forefront as handing a few
sandwiches and
water out at the oceanfront has now grown into an
amazing
