GEL GROUPS
Now you might be asking, "What is a Gel Group?" A Gel
Group consists of 5-15 people who meet once a week in
homes all over Hampton Roads. A Gel Group is a relaxing
and non-threatening place where you will feel welcomed.
Most Gel Groups even provide childcare.
